What makes this work different

Nutrition support that’s grounded in both science & real life

Many people come to nutrition counseling knowing what they’re “supposed” to do—but struggling to translate that into something that actually works day to day.

This work is different because it focuses on how nutrition fits into your real life, not just what looks good on paper.

As a registered dietitian with a background in mental health, I take a whole-person approach to nutrition counseling. We look at how food interacts with your physiology, routines, stress levels, preferences, and health goals—so recommendations are flexible, realistic, and sustainable.

Rather than prescribing rigid plans or one-size-fits-all rules, we focus on:

  • Understanding how your body responds to food

  • Supporting energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing

  • Adapting nutrition strategies to real schedules and life demands

  • Building habits that support consistency—not perfection

I also bring lived experience to this work. I understand how easily nutrition can shift from support into control, and how that often leads to frustration rather than better health. Because of that, I help clients use nutrition as a tool for care, consistency, and nourishment—not as a way to override their bodies or push past their needs.

The goal isn’t perfection.
It’s developing a way of eating that supports your health and fits your life.
