Online therapy works just like in-person therapy, except we meet over a secure video platform from the comfort of your home (or anywhere private). You'll receive a link before each session—just click to join. No need to commute, find parking, or rearrange your day.
Sessions are held in real time, so we’ll be able to see one another and talk just like if we were in an office. All you need is a reliable internet connection, a quiet space, and a device with a camera and microphone.
Many clients find online therapy just as effective—and sometimes more convenient—than meeting in person. It’s flexible, accessible, and allows us to connect in a way that fits your life.

Yes, I offer in person sessions for both therapy and nutrition services at 406 Union Street, St. Simons Island, Georgia. My office is located within Golden Isles Wellness.

Therapy sessions may be covered in full or in part if you have insurance. I currently accept:
Aetna
Cigna
Blue Cross Blue Shield
If you’re using insurance, I’ll verify your benefits before we begin so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
Nutrition counseling is self-pay at $120 per session. I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need—please feel free to ask if that would make services more accessible for you.

Your first session is all about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to get out of it, and any questions or concerns you may have. I’ll ask about your history, current challenges, and what support looks like for you right now.
There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable. This session also gives you a chance to get a feel for how I work and decide whether this feels like the right fit for you.
By the end of our conversation, we’ll have a clearer sense of what you want to focus on in therapy and what our work together might look like moving forward.
-
That really depends on your goals, the challenges you're working through, and the pace that feels right for you. Some people come to therapy for a few months to work through a specific issue, while others stay longer to explore deeper patterns or ongoing support.
We’ll talk together about what you’re hoping to get out of therapy and check in regularly to make sure our work is still aligned with what you need. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer—but I’ll be here to support you for as long as it’s helpful.

Under the No Surprises Act, you're entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your therapy may cost—especially if you're not using insurance.
This estimate gives you a clear sense of expected fees for services, including how much you might spend over time based on your goals and the frequency of sessions. While it's not a contract or exact prediction, it’s meant to help you make informed decisions about your care.
I provide a Good Faith Estimate to all self-pay clients upon request—or automatically if you decide not to use insurance.
